Ingredients

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 pound
Whole Wheat Penne (1 box) 13.25 oz
Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz can
Garlic, 2 cloves
Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
Oregano, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, 1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Start cooking the penne while you chop the garlic and shred the mozzarella.
Heat olive oil in a skillet then saute the garlic for 2 minutes. Add in the ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spoon small amount of mixture into a casserole dish. Top with half of the cooked penne. Layer with half of the remaining sauce and add half of the grated cheese. Layer the remaining penne. Top with the last of the sauce and grated cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
