Ingredients

    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Chopped Clams,2 small cans
    Red Potato, 5 medium
    chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, Lactaid 2% Milk, 2 cup

Directions

Chop the bacon and brown it in a large skillet. Saute the onions in the bacon fat, add clams and potatoes.
At this point, I transfer to my crockpot and add the chicken stock (or clam broth if I have it) and the potatoes. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Add the Lactaid about 45 minutes before you are ready to serve.
