Ingredients

    2/3 Cup Diced Onion
    2 Cloves Garlic (1 tsp Minced Garlic)
    1 Bell Pepper (about 1 Cup diced)
    2 Celery Stalks (about 1 Cup diced)
    1 Can (about 1 Cup) Tomato Sauce
    1 Can Beans - White Great Northern (drained & rinsed
    1 Pkg 10 oz. Frozen Spinach
    2 tsp Basil
    2 Cans Chicken Broth (about 4 Cups)
    2 oz Pasta - cooked

Directions

1. Drain and rinse beans - set aside. Dice onion, pepper and celery - set aside.

2. Spray sauce pan with Pam, saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic 5-7 minutes over medium heat until soft.

3. Reduce heat and add tomato sauce, broth, spinach, beans and basil.

4. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes more.

Pasta

2 oz. Pasta (any bite size variety - elbow, shells, or orzo)

Bring water to boil. Add pasta and boil 8 Minutes. Drain and set aside.

Yield: 8 - 1 Cup Servings
