Ingredients

5 eggs
3 c. nonfat mik
1/2 c. Splenda\
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and add 1/4 c. Splenda.
Pour milk into large skillet and simmer. Drop meringue into hot milk in 5 mounds. Cook until set or about 5 minutes. Carefully lift mounds from milk and drain on paper towels.
Beat 3 eggs and the 2 yolks and add 1/4 c. Splenda. Stir in the cooled milk and in top of double boiler. Stir constantly until mixture coats the spoon. Cool and add the vanilla. Pour into serving dish and top with the meringues. Chill. Serves 5.
