Ingredients

    2 medium salmon filets
    juice of ½ lemon
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Squeeze lemon over salmon. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add salmon to hot oil, skin-side down.
4. Cook until fish is cooked visibly one-third of the way up the side.
5. Flip the fish over, and cook for 2 more minutes.
6. Optional: Place pan in 300-degree oven for 1
minute
