Ingredients

    365 Organic Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 3 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Feta Cheese, .75 cup, crumbled
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.75 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, strips
    Green Olives, 120 grams
    Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

Cook pasta, chop veggies, mix together with olive oil & vinegar. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
