Ingredients

    Rolled Oats, 9 cups
    Sunflower seeds, 1 cup
    Sesame Seeds, 1 cup
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1 cup
    Sliced Almonds, 1 cup
    Slivered Almonds, 1 cup
    Shredded unsweetened Coconut, 1 cup
    Honey, 1 cup
    Real Maple Syrup, 1 cup
    Canola Oil 1/2 cup
    Raisins, 1 cup

Directions

Makes 30 1/2 cup servings.
Preheat over to 350.
Combine all dry ingredients except raisins.
In saucepan heat oil, honey, maple syrup until warm. Pour half of liquid over dry ingredients and mix, then mix in remaining half.
Place on two large rimmed cookie sheets. Baking time will vary depending on your oven. Bake 15 minutes. Remove and stir, then return to oven, putting tray that was on top underneith this time. Bake 10 minutes, remove and stir, Return to oven swaping tray position and bake 7 minutes. If still not done, stir one last time and bake 5 minutes. Granola is done when color is just slightly darker. Add raisins when cool, or just before eating (otherwise they get hard).
