Ingredients

2.5 cups Fat free Chicken Stock
1 cup Onions, raw
2 cups Carrots, raw
1 cup Celery, raw, diced
1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup
1 tbsp Savory, ground, 1 tbsp
2 tbsp Dill weed, dried
1 tsp Pepper, black
1.5 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed
1.33 cups Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
.5 cup Milk, nonfat
3 tsp Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Makes 4 - 6 servings
Set crockpot to High. Add chicken stock.
Cut up vegetables and add to the pot. Add savory and dill. Chop chicken and lightly sautee with olive oil and garlic. Add to crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Do not remove lid. After four hours, mix together bisquick and milk and spoon 4 - 6 dumplings on top of mixture. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Turn off, allow to cool for 15-20 minutes. Lightly add ground pepper to taste. Serve and eat.
