Ingredients

    12 Ounces Fresh Salmon
    Olive Oil Just a little
    Pepper dash
    Salt Just a dash
    Lemon
    Cayenne Dash
    Onion Powder Dash
    Garlic Powder Dash
    Put Olive oil in the pan
    Add Salmon
    Cut lemon in half and pour over fish
    Add Salt Pepper Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cayenne Pepper
    Cook 5 minutes with a cover on the pan
    Turn the fish over and cook 5 more minutes
    Turn fish over again and turn off the heat and cover until really to serve
