Number of Servings: 12


    2-1# pkg 99% fat free Ground Turkey
    2 whole eggs or 1 whole egg and 1 egg white
    1 jar Ragu Pizza Sauce
    2 pkgs veggie mozerella cheese shreds
    1 pkg turkey pepperoni slices
    and ANY of your favorite cut up veggies/favorite pizza toppings

    THE NUTRITIONAL FACTS are probably off due to the fact they did not have veggie cheese listed. The FAT numbers will be MUCH lower if you use 99% fat free turkey and Veggie Cheese Shreds


Brown turkey meat until almost cooked through. Add spices like you normally would for browning ground beef. Drain. Mix in egg(s) and pat into 11x13 pan sprayed with Olive Oil Spray. Pour on pizza sauce and spread evenly over meat mixture. Load with favorite toppings and top with Mozerella cheese (veggie cheese). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and ENJOY!

    I have to say, I didn't think I would enjoy this, but this was awesome! My husband and I try to eat healthy, but we still have our guilty pleasures; pizza being one of them. It is easily prepared and tastes great!!! Best of all, there is no guilt afterwards! - 3/16/09

    I wouldn't exactly call this a pizza. But it is is fantastic! Super easy to make and can customize it however you want. I loaded mine with turkey pepperoni and mushrooms and a little sautéed onions. - 3/2/12

    This is great! I made it last weekend and myself and my boyfriend (who isn't dieting) LOVED it! The leftovers tasted great too. I only made it with pepperoni this time but next time I'm going to add mushrooms...yummy! - 4/1/09
