I've been making my tuna fish sandwiches like this since I was a kid. I have always despised mayo, so this is a great alternative if you're trying to cut back or you're like me and hate it. Ingredients

    8 slices Whole Grain Bread
    2 6oz. cans Chunk Lite Tuna in Water
    1/4 c. Plain Nonfat Yogurt
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 tsp. Lemon Pepper or to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put on bread, that's it. Enjoy!
