Introduction

This is a great meal to grab when you are on th run or when you are too hungry to cook. This is a great meal to grab when you are on th run or when you are too hungry to cook.

Ingredients

    1 Can Tuna in Water
    2 TBSP of Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    1 Cup Seedless Grapes
    2 Tbsp Chopped Raw onion
    Dash of Salt
    Dash of Pepper
    3 Whole wheat tortillas

Directions

Open the can of tuna and drain the water. Put the tuna in a bowl and break up with a fork. Add the miracle whip, onion, grapes, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread on three tortillas and fold up.
**You might also like to try the filling with your favorite healthy cracker as well. I like it on Grains First crackers or melba rounds!!
