Ingredients

    2 - 6 oz. cans Starkist Tuna packed in water, drained
    2 - 10.5 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 - 7 oz. cans mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
    1 - 12 oz. bag Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta - Yolk Free
    1 - tube Ritz whole wheat crackers (about 35)
    1 - stick butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare Pasta according to package directions; drain.

While pasta is cooking combine tuna, soup and mushrooms, stir well.

Crush crackers; melt butter; combine, makes a textured topping. Recipe is good without the topping as well.

Combine pasta and tuna mixture, toss lightly to mix well and place in 12 x 8 inch glass casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker topping on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes to heat through.

Cut into 12 - 2
