Ingredients
-
Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)
Almonds, 1 cup, ground (remove)
soy protein powder, 30 gram(s) (remove)
hazelnut flour, 1 cup (remove)
agave (organic raw blue agave syrup - dark), 16 tbsp (remove)
Oat Bran Dry, 1 cup (remove)
*Flax Seed, 16 tbsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
mix banana and agave until smooth, add eggs, mix well.
Grind the almonds and flax really well. Mix in all dry ingredients. Add the raisins. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
You can substitute any sort of nut flour/meal for the almonds and hazelnuts. I buy in bulk at costco and grind myself - saves lots of $$$. And you could use honey instead of agave.
Perfect for those on an IR diet - 18.7 effective carbs (7.2 grams of fibre!!) and about 9 grams protein.
