Ingredients

    Hamburger - 90% Lean (Uncooked), 32 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 large
    Corn, Great Value No Salt Added Golden Sweet Whole Kernel (canned), 1.75 cup (1-15 oz. can, drained)
    Rice, Brown Minute Rice, 1 cup pre-cooked
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs
    Taco Seasoning Mix, Ortega Smokey Chipotle, 6 tbsp (1-1.25 oz. packet)
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Heat skillet with olive oil, saute onions, and heat pre-cooked brown rice and corn. Add hamburger and brown, while continually separating it and mixing with a spatula. When hamburger is browned, drain the excess fat, return to skillet and add seasoning mix and 1/4 water. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes on low to let the flavors come together. Serve on whole wheat tortillas with 1/6c. cheese, 1/4c. salsa, cilantro, and chopped tomato on each for a great and healthy dinner! Get creative and add your own accompaniments as well, such as sour cream and jalapenos! Serve with refried beans on the side if you like :)
