Ingredients

    10 ounces ground turkey
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    1 cup mushrooms (fresh) sliced
    1/2 cup Basmatti Rice, brown
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    6 cups water
    1 Tbs poultry seasoning

Directions

Brown turkey and onions.
Add peppers, mushrooms, rice, celery, water and seasonings.
Simmer until rice is tender
