Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Head of Romaine, shredded
    2 Tbsp Newman's Own Ceasar Dressing
    4 Tbsp Newman's Own Three Cheese Balsamic Vinagrette
    2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 bottle Newman's Own Lighten Up Sundried Tomato dressing (for marinade)
    1 3-5 oz New York Strip Steak - can substitute chicken or shrimp also
    2 multi-grain tortillas/wraps

Directions

Marinate the meat in the Sundried Tomato dressing for at least an hour. Cook the meat according to your preference - grill, broil, etc.

Combine the chopped tomato, basil and garlic. Mix well to blend. Mix the Caesar and Three Cheese balsamic dressings together, then mix with the tomato mixture.

To assemble salad - place tortilla on a plate. Add the lettuce, the meat, and top with the dressing.
