Ingredients

1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of melted margarine
salt and pepper
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup grated cheese
A bag of frozen hashbrowns
Save about a cup of hashbrowns for topping.
Top with some crushed chips or cornflakes
Directions
Stir all the ingredients together then put in 9X13 pan
Top with the left over hashbrowns and crushed chips. I sometimes grate cheese over the top as well.
Bake at 350-375 for approx. half an hour (longer to make crispy)
