Ingredients

Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only ~ 2lbs
Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Carrots, raw, 4 carrot (7-1/2")
Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Bulgur, dry, 1.75 cup
    Cheap White Wine, 2 cups
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cups (1 can)
0.5 cup your favorite rub spice mixture (the one I used is a secret recipe of a friend of mine)

Directions

Quarter potatoes and onions, and chop carrots into 2 inch long pieces. Place pork into crockpot, and cover with bulgur, spices, veggies (in that order), and then fill with wine and chicken broth. Cook on high for 6 hours, and then on low for another hour, stirring occasionally to make sure all of the bulgur is exposed to the liquids.

Serves 8, and I've also topped with a 1 serving size amount of white gravy per serving (not included in the nutritional values).
