Ingredients

    Burgers:
1 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef or ground turkey
    3/4 t cumin
    3/4 t oregano
    1/2 t black pepper
    1/2 t salt
4 cloves roasted garlic (minced or powdered garlic will do)
    1/2 c feta
    Cucumber Dill Sauce:
    1/2 cucumber, sliced, pared, chopped
    1 clove garlic
1 t dried dill (fresh might be better - this is what I had in the pantry) - the video calls for mint - either will work)
3/4 c fat free plain yogurt
1 t lemon juice (video calls for red wine vinegar - either will work)

Directions

Mix meat with seasonings & feta, make into patties. Place on grill until cooked through. While grilling, mix all sauce ingredients - add more or less seaonings to taste. Put in fridge. Place the wheat sanwich thins on grill for about 1-2 minutes before serving for crispness. Top burgers with granishes as desired & use cucumber sauce as you would any other condiment. YUMMM! Delicious!
