EASY EASY EASY DELICIOUS PERSIAN SALAD THAT YOU bBARELY HAS ANY CALORIES AND IS VERY VERY HEALTHY. TASTES GREAT! EASY EASY EASY DELICIOUS PERSIAN SALAD THAT YOU bBARELY HAS ANY CALORIES AND IS VERY VERY HEALTHY. TASTES GREAT!

Ingredients

    1 cup of diced cucumber
    .75 cup diced tomatoes
    .5 cup diced red onions
    2-2.5 tablespoons of olive oil
    .25 cup balsamic vinegar
    salt and peppeer to taste

Directions

1.dice 1 cup of peeled cucumber
2. dice .75 cup tomatoes
3. dice .5 cup red onions
4. mix them all together in a bowl
4. add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
5. add .25 cup balsamic vinegar
6. add salt and pepper to taste (about 1tsp of salt)
7.mix them all together and enjoy!

    This is one of my favorite salads. I sometimes add a little minced garlic as well; it's also good with cider vinegar and plain old yellow onions...more of a Southern U. S. variety. - 3/9/09
