Ingredients

    1 hard boiled egg
    1 tblsp Hellman's Light Mayo
    1 tsp mustard
    dash of salt and pepper

Directions

Chop hard boiled egg, add mayo and mustard, dash of salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread on whole wheat bread.
