Ingredients
-
Rainbow Trout Fillets (4)
Olivio Premium Spread with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Curry Powder (1 Tbsp)
Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Directions
Wash fish and place fillets on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil large enough to be wrapped tightly in a single layer. (Do not pleace fillets on top of each other.)
Sprinkle fillets evenly with soy sauce and curry powder, and place equal amounts of Olivio on each fillet.
Close foil around fish and crimp closed. Seal the foil tightly so that steam stays in to cook fish.
Bake in 375 degree oven or on hot grill for 20 minutes. Open or cut the foil so that the juices can thicken for the last 10 minutes. Juice is great over rice. Serve immediately!
