Ingredients

    3 pound pork tenderloin
    1 onion
    1/2 cup water or chicken broth
    2 cups BBQ Sauce
    2 tablespoons yellow mustard
    2 tablespoons honey


Directions

Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin. Cut up one small onion and place these items in the crockpot. Add 1/2 cup of water or chicken broth and cook on low for 8 hours. Once 8 hours is up and the meat is tender remove the meat and skim excess fat off of the liquid that is left in the crockpot. Leave the liquid in the crockpot.Pull the pork apart into small pieces and return to the crock pot. Add the BBQ sauce, mustard and the honey and stir. Cook on low for another hour and serve. Can be served on a bun or without one for less calories. Good with coleslaw or a salad.
Makes about 16 quarter cup servings.
