Introduction

This omelet is good and easy to make over lunch hour when you haven't been to the grocery store in a while. This omelet is good and easy to make over lunch hour when you haven't been to the grocery store in a while.

Ingredients

    6 large eggs (omega 3)
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup chopped raw yellow onions
    1 cup gratted cheese
    3 tbsp butter
    Mrs. Dash spices

Directions

In a large container, mix the eggs and the milk with a hand blender. Let stand.

In a frying pan cook the onions in one tbsp of butter until nice and yellow. Stiring continuously at the end so as not to stick to the bottom.(caramelized)

Divide into three portions, leaving one in the pan.
Add some butter.
Pour 1/3 of egg mixure over onions and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese.

Let cook until desired doness. Flavor with Mrs. Dash spices. Keep warm.

Repeat for other two portions.

Enjoy with tomatoes and a salad.
