    Cucumber (1 small, peeled)
    Shrimp (1/4 lb, cooked)
    Vinegar (1/3 cup)
    Sugar (2 Tbsp)
    Sake (1 tsp)


Cut cucumber into thin round slices.
Pour boiled water over shrimp in a strainer.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and sake in a bowl.
Add cucumber slices and shrimp in the bowl and mix well.
