Ingredients

    Cucumbers peeled and sliced
    onion peeled and sliced
    can of corn drained
    bell peppers 1 green 1 red sliced
    1 tomatoe sliced in rings or half ring
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    lemon juice for freshness
    (can also use vinagor)

Directions

slice everthing up an put it all together in a large bowl. stir it all together. makes about 5-8 servings depending on how much you like.
