    1/2 c Italian Bread Crumbs
    1 Egg
    .5 oz Mozarella Cheese
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


Cook in skillet with small amount of olive oil on medium to medium high heat until done (approx. 7-10 minutes)
