Introduction

Thinly sliced zucchini and onion compliments shrimp in a tomato sauce over Rigatoni. Thinly sliced zucchini and onion compliments shrimp in a tomato sauce over Rigatoni.

Ingredients

    12 oz. Shrimp Raw and Cleaned
    16 oz cooked Rigatoni
    28 oz can of Tomato Sauce
    1 Small Zucchini Thinly Sliced
    1 Small Onion Thinly Sliced
    1 Tbl Olive Oil
    1 Clove Crushed Garlic
    2 Tbl Sugar
    Pepper to taste
    Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Cook Pasta
Saute Garlic in Olive Oil in Large Pan
Add Sauce, Onion, Zucchini, pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and suger and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until onions are soft.
Add shrimp, cook until shrimp are pink. Drain pasta and top pasta with sauce. Serve Immediatly.
