    Very Good
Very tasty. However I changed it a bit. I only used one can of black beans, threw in about a half cup water, 1.5 tsp of cumin & squeezed in some lime juice like other people suggested. I think I will add some frozen corn next time, make it more Cuban. Cumin spiced it up; makes me drink more water. - 1/29/14

Good, easy, healthy, flexible. Can eat as is or as salad with avocado salsa. More than enough meals out of it. Next time would use less beans and more salsa. - 2/9/10

I loved this!!! However, I did not use rotel (too spicy for me) and did not drain the Mexicorn. We had it with brown rice one night, then barley the next. DELICIOUS!!! - 11/9/07

This was pretty good. My Family enjoyed. I omitted the mexicorn and also cooked on top of stove instead of crock pot. Served on bed of Whole Grain Wheat Rice. - 4/14/07
