Ingredients

1 can or 12 oz of diet cherry coke,or cherry diet doc pepper
1 box of red velvet cake mix any brand
1 box of cheese cake jello fat free pudding
1/4 cup of 1% milk
1 tub of fat free cool whip
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
spray bunt pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl add cake mix and can of soda and mix till completely blended.add to cake pan. tap on counter to get the bubbles out. and bake for 45 mins or use the box directions for 8' or cup cakes.
While baking make the cheese cake topping.
In a medium bowl add the cheese cake pudding and 1/4 of milk mix untill all lumps are gone. Carefully add cool whip, gently fold it in .
When cake is done its will need to cool. when cooled place on cake plate cut and serve with a dollop of the cheese cake toppin.
