Ingredients

    This recipe is so easy to make and so healthy...the best part Everyone loves it...even the kids!

    2 fully cooked Chicken breasts (leftovers work great), chicken broth, chicken boullion cube for flavor, 16 oz. bag of Green Giant Mixed Vegetables, Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Cornstarch (for thickening), Milk, 1 package of Pillsbury Refrigerated 9

Directions

1. In saucepan combine bag of Frozen Green Giant Mixed Vegetables, Chicken broth, Chicken boullion cube, and Shredded Chicken breasts. Bring to boil.
2. Add Milk and Cornstarch stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool in Freezer for 20-30 minutes.
3. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
4. Unroll Pillsbury Refrigerated 9

    Same questions as JODID30, but did you forget to say that its Pillsbury Refrigerated biscuits also? They make so many things now that it really's a guess which ones you mean, too. - 10/12/07

    Recipe is supposed to call for Pillsbury 9 inch Pie Crusts (large normal size pie crusts - not individual small size) I don't know where the rest of the info is but it won't let me edit the recipe now. :( Sorry for the confusion.

    Are the rest of the directions missing? Is the idea that we put the biscuits over the mix? How long do we bake it? - 7/8/07
