Ingredients

    1 can garbonzo beans
    2 cloves garlic
    .25 C. Tahini
    1 TBL olive oil
    2 - 4 oz of roasted red peppers

Directions

place all ingredients, except red peppers, in food processor. Blend well. Stir in finely chopped roasted red peppers.

Makes about 2 cups.
