Serve with your favorite whole wheat or white linguine. Serve with your favorite whole wheat or white linguine.

    1 TBS Olive Oil
    2 Garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup Broth 99% Fat Free (vege or chicken)
    1/2 cup (4fl oz) White Wine,
    2 cans Clams (canned, minced or chopped)
    reserve liquid from one can for sauce
    1 TB dried parsley (or fresh if you have it)


1) saute garlic in olive oil over med/high heat in a suacepan;
2) add broth, white wine, clams, reserved liquid from 1 can of clams and parsley; simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over pasta, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
makes approx 4 servings 1/3 cup each
