Ingredients

    1/4 cup of egg substitute
    1 slice of cheese
    1 whoel wheat bagle

Directions

cook egg substitute in micowave for 1-1 1/2 minutes, toast bagel, but it all together. The beat thing is that you can add onion, garlic, peppers, or salsa to your taste.

    This is a pretty good base recipe, I love to jazz it up with veggies like tomato, onions, peppers & such. Depends on my mood for the day :) - 8/27/12
