Ingredients

    1 lb seafood mix (any combo of shrimp, scallops, calamari I use Trader Joe's Seafood Blend)
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 tsp olive oil
    2 cups chopped tomatoes
    2 oz fat free feta cheese
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Sautee garlic in olive oil with red pepper, pepper, and salt for 3 - 4 minutes over medium heat.
3. Add seafood and heat for about a minute.
4. Add tomatoes and let warm.
5. Place contents in an 8 x 8 baking dish.
6. Place baking dish in preheated oven and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with feta, then heat until cheese is melted.
