Ingredients

    1 Package Egg Noodles
    1 Can Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water
    4 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1/2 Cup raw onions, chopped
    1 Package Herb-Ox Chicken Bouillon
    1 Cup Hot Water
    2 Cups Skim Milk
    1 Can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    4 Tbsp Low fat cream cheese
    1 Cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 Cups Green Beans
    1 Small Bag Light Potato Chips, crumbled

Directions

Cook Noodles according to package instruction till El Dente. Melt butter and sautee onion in it. Dissolve bouillon in water and add to skillet. Add cream cheese till melted. Combine noodles, tuna, onion mixture, soup, milk, shredded cheese and green beans in bowl and mix. Poor in to greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When done top with potato chips and serve. Makes 8 servings
