Ingredients

    2 - 14.75 cans Pink Salmon
    2 - Whole Eggs
    flour - seasoned

    1 - tsp garlic powder
1/2 - tsp Marjoram, died or fresh
1/2 - tsp Thyme, fresh or dried
    1/2 - tsp Rosemary
1/2 - tsp McCormick Salt Free All purpose seasoning
2 to 5 tbsp of olive oil

Directions

Drain most of the moisture from the salmon and debone if you prefer.
Mix salmon, egg, and dry spices. Allow to sit for about 15 minutes to allow the moisture still in the salmon to soak into the dry spices.

Pat into a palm sized patty and coat with the seasoned flour. *The patties fall apart easily until fully cooked, so be gentle*

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the salmon patties, turning occassionally until golden brown.

Makes about 12 patties, depending onyour hand size.

*HINT* To keep the patties from drying out, cover the skillet during cooking to keep moisture from evaporating.

Patties can be baked to reduce the calories added from the olive oil.
Can substitute egg whites to reduce calories.
