Absolutely delicious, and I would have never known it was ground turkey! Great on buns or Kaiser rolls. This makes approximately 8 servings. Ingredients

2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey
1 large Onion, chopped
3 cloves Minced Garlic (optional, but recommended)
1 can (15 oz.) Tomato Sauce
1 can (6 oz.) Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, black
About 2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Brown turkey, garlic and chopped onions in large skillet. When cooked, use slotted spoon to transfer turkey into slow cooker, drain fat.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Serve on buns or Kaiser rolls and Enjoy!
