Introduction

A lightly sauteed stir fry, low in calories, high on taste and satisfaction! A lightly sauteed stir fry, low in calories, high on taste and satisfaction!

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of Beef Round Steak
    10 Large Spears of Asparagus
    1 Large Onion
    2 cloves of Garlic
    2 Tblspns of Sesame Seeds
    1 Tblspn of Olive Oil
    1Tblspn of Sesame Oil
    Canola Oil Spray
    Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Directions

Preparation: Slice Beef into large bite size slices. Slice Onion. Angle slice Asparagus. Thinly slice Garlic.
Cooking: Heat a large Stir Fry pan,. Spray with Canola Oil Pam spray, drizzle 1 tblspn each of olive and sesame oils. Stir fry Onion, Garlic, Beef and Asparagus., in that order. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with Brown Rice. 8 servings.
