Ingredients

    1 box of Penna pasta
    1lb chicken breasts cut in chunks
    1 cup salsa
    2 tsps canola or olive oil
    2 tbs fat free ranch dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Brown Chicken in oil. After chicken is one, add salsa and simmer for 2 minutes. Add pasta and ranch and toss well.
makes 6 1 cup servings.

    This was a very quick fix with ingredients I usually have on hand. It was good in a pinch, but not super flavorful and not enough sauce for my family. - 3/30/09

    I DON'T THINK SO!!! (MAYBE 260??)
    THE SERVING OF PASTA ALONE WOULD BE 190 CALORIES.
