If you are wanting a lighter version of pizza that you can fix at home, this recipe is for you! Yummy!

You can also add black olives or thinly sliced tomato pieces. You might have to change baking time if you add more toppings, though. If you do not care for artichoke hearts, you could adapt by using spinach, instead.

Ingredients

    -Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Crust (in the refrigerated section - by the "pop open" biscuits)
    -Land o' Lakes Spreadable Light Butter with Canola Oil (2 Tbsp)
    -garlic powder ( 2 Tbsp)
    -parmesan cheese (2 Tbsp)
    - Mozarella cheese (2 Cups)
    -feta cheese (2 Tbsp)
    -1/2 can of marinated artichoke hearts (14 oz)


Directions

1. Heat a rectangular pizza stone (Mine is from Pampered Chef) to 400 degrees.
2. Unroll the pizza crust onto the preheated pizza stone.
3. Spread 2 Tbps. Light Butter with Canola oil ontop of the uncooked pizza crust.
4. Next, add garlic powder and the cheeses ontop of the butter spread.
5. Drain and remove 1/2 a can of artichoke hearts. Cut these into small pieces, and spread ontop of the cheese ladened pizza crust.
6. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 13-17 minutes or until the crust is browned.
7. Cool, and cut into 9 pieces.
8. Enjoy!
