This is makes 6 HUGE sandwiches. I have a hard time eating half of one. This is a lower carb recipe, with close to 1:1 ratio of protein to carb.Note that there is typically a LOT of dipping sauce left over, hence you could approximate much less of the sodium content listed in the recipe. Ingredients

2 lbs cooked roast beef, thinly sliced
4 beef bouillon cubes
3 cups water
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried thyme
2 small bay leaves
1 1/2 french loafs (about 18-24" long) , cut into 6 equal slices
Directions
Makes 6 HUGE French Dip Subs
Preheat oven to 350F. Separate beef slices and place in a large casserole.
Combine beef bouillon and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until the bouillon dissolves. Add onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and bay leaves to bouillon mixture.
Pour bouillon mixture over beef slcies. ?Bake for 10-15 minutes or until beef is heated through.
Switch oven to broil.
Slices french bread nearly in half to form buns. Open bread and lay flat on a cookie sheet, cut size up. Mound approximately 6 ounces of roast beef on each bun, and top with 2 slices of provolone, Broil until cheese is melted.
Serve sandwhiches with sauce for dipping.
