Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Watermelon, .5 cup, diced
    Honeydew Melon, .5 cup, diced (approx 20 pieces per cup
    Cantaloupe, .5 cup, diced
    Pineapple, fresh, .5 cup, diced
    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup

Directions

Clean fruits in your normal fashion. eg - wash , dry, peel, destem etc.
Dice fruits and place diced pieces into a large mixing bowl.
Stir to combine the pieces.
Dish into individual serving bowls.
Eat as a stand alone snack or with your favorite low fat yogurt or topped with low fat whipped cream

    This is pretty enough to serve when company is over and then I don't have to feel 'guilty' about sharing in a dessert. Those not dieting can have a wafer cookie along side of their fruit. Perfect end to any meal. - 4/15/09
