    Wild turkey breast (about 20 oz), removed from bone and cut into chunks
    1 cup carrot, cut in chunks
    1 cup onion, cut in chunks
    32 ounces low sodium chicken broth
    1 can corn
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 can tomatos with chilis
    1 package McCormick's Fajita seasoning
    Garlic, 1 or 2 cloves, chopped


Spray slow cooker with Pam. Add chicken broth, turkey, carrots, and onions. Cook on low overnight.

Add corn, black beans, tomatos with chilis, and McCormick fajita seasoning. Add water to cover well. Cook on low for several hours.

Add spinach and cook 30 min.

Makes 8-10 servings, depending on how 'soupy' you like it.
