    1lb (16oz) Lean Ground beef
    1 medium Celery Stalk, diced
    10 small Mushrooms, Sliced
    1 small Green Pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium Onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Garlic Pepper

    200grams Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
    1 can Aylmer Garlic and Olive Oil Diced Tomatoes
    1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/3 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Cook Pasta according to package.

Brown Ground Beef with veggies. Combine ground beef mixture with tomatoes and soup, along with cooked pasta, into a large casserole dish. Top with Cheese and bake uncovered for 30 mins until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
