    15 Jumbo Shrimp
    1 tbspn olive oil
    2 tbspn sofrito
    1 can no-salt added tomato sauce, plus equivalent amount of water
    2 tspns non pareil capers
    Badia Sazon (available in ethnic foods aisle)

    Peel and devein shrimp


Heat olive oil in large saute pan. Add sofrito, capers and sazon. Saute for 5 minutes, add tomato sauce and water, cook for additional five minutes. Add shrimp and simmer for 5 more minutes. serve with rice or mofongo
