Ingredients

    1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Mix (All Natural)
    2 C chopped Onions
    7 tsp minced Garlic
    .67 C Egg Substitute
    2 C Spaghetti Sauce
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 C Oats, Quick
    2.5 lbs Jennie-O Ground Turkey
    10 Tbsp crushed French Fried Onions
    6 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use no stick cooking spray for muffin tins. Place a little less than 1/2 cup in each cup. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 24 meat muffins.
