Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup coconut
    1/2 cup pecans
    1/2 cup raisins (or dates)
    1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 1/2 cup shredded apples
    Mix all together, and add
    3 beaten eggs,
    1 cup oil,
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup honey
    Bake about 20 minutes at 350. Makes 2 dozen
