Introduction
I took some help from the store here. It is important in our house to get as much nutrition from our meals as possible. Also to watch the sodium levels. Ingredients

1 can low sodium Organic Black Beans
1 can Low Sodium Organic Black Refried Beans
1 1/2c. chopped onion
1 lrg Red pepper chopped [sweet]
1 small can diced green chilis - organic
Chili powder
Cumin
1/2 Lime - for juice
EVOO
Directions
Open, drain and rinse Black beans.
Chop Onion and Red Pepper. Spray a non-stick pan w/ EVOO and saute the onions and peppers until soft. Add canned green chilis, chili powder and cumin to taste. Stir in black beans and refried beans. Squeeze in juice of 1/2 a lime. Heat thru.
Makes 8 servings.
